This Privacy Policy explains how Cognara, published by KHC Creations ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you use the Cognara mobile app and this website.

Who We Are

What We May Collect

  • Game Center or Google Play Games identifiers if you use leaderboards or achievements.
  • Purchase, subscription, and entitlement information needed to provide Ad-Free access through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
  • Advertising identifiers, consent choices, and ad interaction data when Google AdMob is used.
  • Crash, diagnostics, and basic analytics data if those tools are enabled in the app build.
  • Support information you choose to send by email, such as device details, screenshots, or a description of an issue.

What We Do Not Do

Cognara does not require a standalone account, and we do not sell personal data. We do not intentionally collect direct personal details such as your home address or phone number through the app itself.

Why We Use This Information

  • To provide gameplay features, achievements, leaderboards, and saved entitlement status.
  • To deliver ads in the free version and respect consent or personalization settings where required.
  • To validate purchases, subscriptions, and restore access after reinstalling the app.
  • To diagnose crashes, improve reliability, and understand how the app is performing.
  • To respond to support requests and fix reported issues.

Service Providers and Sharing

Cognara may rely on the following processors or platform services:

  • Google AdMob for advertising and related measurement.
  • RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement processing.
  • Apple App Store and Google Play for billing, renewals, and purchase management.

Ads and Privacy

The free version of Cognara may show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and platform settings, you may be asked to choose whether ads can be personalized. On iOS, this may also involve App Tracking Transparency permission. You can change ad-related permissions from your device settings when available.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for app functionality, subscription management, support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Retention periods may differ between Apple, Google, RevenueCat, AdMob, and any analytics or crash tools used.

Your Choices

  • You can request deletion of support emails or other directly provided information by contacting us.
  • You can reset advertising identifiers or change tracking permissions from your device settings where available.
  • You can opt out of personalized ads through the consent flow or platform controls where offered.
  • If you do not use Game Center or Google Play Games, those platform-linked features may remain unavailable.
  • You can uninstall the app at any time. Because Cognara does not use a standalone account system, there may be limited app-side data to delete beyond support records and platform-managed records.

Children's Privacy

Cognara is a general-audience app with an age rating of 4+. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support or another direct contact channel, email us and we will review the request.
