These Terms of Use govern your use of Cognara and related services provided by KHC Creations. By downloading or using Cognara, you agree to these Terms.

About Cognara

Cognara is a mobile brain training app offering daily challenges, mini games, achievements, leaderboards, and optional Ad-Free access. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the app lawfully and as intended.
  • Do not interfere with normal operation, security, subscriptions, achievements, or leaderboards.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy, exploit, or misuse the app or website except where local law clearly permits it.
  • Do not misuse support channels or submit abusive, fraudulent, or misleading requests.

Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Cognara may offer an optional Ad-Free monthly subscription.
  • Pricing varies by country, currency, and store policies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Restore purchases should be used if you reinstall the app or move to a new device with the same store account.

Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not directly process card payments inside the app. Refund requests must be submitted to the platform where the purchase was made.

Service Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Cognara is provided for entertainment, general cognitive play, and self-directed skill practice. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.

Cognara is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHC Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cognara.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
