Subscription and Purchases

• Cognara may offer an optional Ad-Free monthly subscription.
• Pricing varies by country, currency, and store policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, subject to store rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not directly process card payments inside the app. Refund requests must be submitted to the platform where the purchase was made.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.
• Do not use automation, reverse engineering, or exploitation that harms service integrity.
• Do not engage in abusive behavior toward support channels or community features.

Service Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve performance, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
